It sounded like three people refused to budge from day one and were dead set on convicting him. That juror made it seem like they had decided he was guilty before the evidence was presented.
It can happen where a few turn the rest to their side but this sounded like they just gave up and didn't want to fight them. It angers me to see that.
I want to believe I wouldn't be influenced like that and would stand up to the others and vote what I truly thought was the right way.
