We need to wait for confirmation on this detail, but if it's correct, it seems to be b/c the original sentence was a juvenile sentence. -- (edited)

IOW, if he had originally been sentenced as an adult and fled, I don't think we'd be looking at the meager 120 day sentence possibility here.
