I'm not sure where he's getting the low major conference bids from. Usually it's team in first place, but nobody's played conference games yet.

Maybe it's the team picked to finish first at the start of the season.
Army might have a chance, they're 9-3 in their non-conference games, and they beat Monmouth (and their bench), but the Patriot representative is currently 7-6 Boston University.
