So was that one particular stormtrooper just around and carrying that unique swinging weapon in the off chance that someone somewhere would happen to have a lightsaber?

Another thing about the movie that was cool in the moment but doesn't actually make any sense.

The more I think about the movie the more I want to pick it apart.
