are making more than I am and I've been there two years. I did the math, I mentioned all the metrics that I hit, and said I figured I was at least 75 cents an hour behind.
Raises for everyone happen in February. Usually the highest you can get bumped up in one go is $1 an hour.
She said she'll look into it. We'll see if that really means anything.
