Another nice benefit if you stay at a resort is Disney Magical Express - you put tags on your luggage and it all gets delivered to your room. You can just go straight to the parks, which is really nice.

I'd agree with the time in parks point Tony made, and transportation is just a lot easier.

We're doing Disney in May with a Universal visit in the middle, and staying at two different resorts during the Disney portion.

David will be along soon to tell you all the great pros in a much more elaborate way than I can.
