It further pisses me off but I have a feeling that, just like Hackman, it will be Lex that discovers and uses Kryptonite against Superman.
I see it that Doomsday will fail midway through the movie, and the big K will be the final weapon in the last act. We may even see a Lex powersuit which will actually diminish what we saw earlier with the Bat armor.
In other words, we are going to have some bad story telling.
