Is it top heavy and/or have a narrow base? That could lead to instabilty, and regardless of quality of footing.

I think they include that device for sale in CA and other shaky ground areas, but it doesn't hurt. Also people can load the thing so its top heavy -- nm

It doesn't even have to be top heavy. The base is so narrow in comparison to it's height, it would have to be *extremely* bottom-weighted to prevent
