am betting that they would also think highly of giving you whatever leeway you need to deal with family.

Granted - I'm in a small office - owned by my brother - but every staff person here knows his policy is family comes first. Because of that - everyone gives 110% or more - because they have flex time and flex hours to deal with non-work life needs.

talk with them - I'm betting they value you enough to be flexible with your needs and I know your integrity - you are the type to always give more than you get

which ever way it goes - GOOD FOR YOU!!!
