dodging the conversation about my screw up in getting a proposal done for them on their insurance coverage, I finally faced it and talked with her - apologized - asked for a do - over second chance and she was so kind and decent about understanding and giving me one.

I swear - just being honest and admitting you screwed up when you did is one of the most liberating things - I feel SO much better now.

ok - that is all - just wanted to share it in a safe place. I am so relieved.
