When you look at your AMEX account online, below this list of recent activity, there's a list of AMEX offers and benefits that you can 'add to your card'. These offers, in my experience, vary from card to card (and I assume person to person), but this month one of my AMEX cards (didn't check the other one) has this offer:

It notes that enrollment is limited as well.

So check your AMEX offers!

I was going to pay with this card anyway, so it's not even a hassle.
