I made cranberry pistachio biscotti with white icing one year as Christmas gifts - they were so good!

also made orange/pecan and walnut chocolate chip that year - it was back in they hey days of everyone having their own coffee machines at home
they were easy recipes too - but you had to bake them twice ... once in a long loaf shape and then a second time after slicing
