I was going to ask her if the way the world does accounting could be restructured so roads, schools, emergency relief and a few other things could be written out of how the govt. balanced their budget.

these are the things I see as bringing down govts. and economies worldwide right now.

my fun question is did she realize when she aprooved the new embassy in London's design, that it looks almost exactly like the Borg mother ship on Star Trek.
