NFL Quiz: Megatron-style

Jamarcus Russell is viewed as one of the all-time NFL draft busts. He was selected #1 overall by the Oakland Raiders in the 2007 draft.

Selected #2 in that draft was a dynamic young WR named Calvin Johnson. He became an absolutely dominant skill position player, and is apparently considering retirement presently.

So the Raiders took Jamarcus over Calvin Johnson. In the 9 seasons since that fateful decision, how many more games have the Lions won in comparison to the Raiders?
