As much as I like Raines and think he should be in the Hall, his career is eerily similar to Kenny Lofton.

They're less than 1 WAR apart over their career, Raines only made one more All-Star Game (7 vs. 6 for Lofton), and Lofton won 4 Gold Gloves whereas Raines didn't win one.

Lofton got 3.2% on the HOF ballot in 2013 before dropping off.
