yeah, I have no idea how long you have to eat the lower amount to lose weight.

rule of wrist, is you have to reduce by 3200 calories to lose a pound. so at 500 calories a day, you would lose a pound in 7 days, give or take. 4 pounds a month.

Sounds very doable, and also very non aggressive.
