Hasn't there been considerable outrage about representatives spending so little time in congress? Are they spending the rest of their time in Cabo?

Or are they spending that time at home, in their district?

1) Their actual jobs are done in about 30 hours a week from Tuesday to Thursday...the rest of the time is spent at home begging for re-election. - Will Hunting Jan 7, 14:11 1
