His point the other day comparing the right to privacy and the right to bear arms and how it's absurd to be flexible on one & not the other was great

You can believe in your heart we have a right to privacy, but you are willing to walk through a metal detector because you understand that for the good of society, you need to understand that it isn't a 100% all the time unbreakable right.
You have a right to free speech but we understand that you can't yell Fire in a crowded theater. You have the right, but for society we have rules.
Yet when it comes to the second amendment, the second we try to put any manner of stipulation on it, like background checks all of a sudden this is a slippery slope that ends with the government knocking your door and stealing all your hard earned guns.
