I am saying that the average Joe (me) is looking at it like "why are you hammering me with all these regulations? I do everything you ask of me when I made my purchase, yet you want me to do more".
When we see and hear (from friends who are police first hand) that alot of the time, it is not worth the paperwork or effort to book every kid they pick up with a handgun in their backpack.
I don't mind jumping through more hoops, but I also want to see more being done to hammer the other guys as well, you know?
