My parents were supposed to have their final walkthrough at 5pm last night. -- (edited)

At 3pm yesterday, they got a call saying to come at 9 this morning instead. They show up at 9 and nothing from their walkthrough on Tuesday has been fixed. So the 11am closing didn't happen........
