here's the daily news's original story, with more details. the bombshell-dropping description is silly, but..

the whole thing has to come down to dna/substance identification, plus the nurse confirming asking how the patient got into the state she was in and if there was an extra needle mark, etc.

without those, morphine can bring some didn't-really-happen thinking sometimes. I haven't had an issue that way, but my mom kept saying something about elephants having been in her room after one of her times having been given it; and some other people I know also had some thinking clarity issues.
