I am having major trouble getting my home Outlook to connect to a gmail account. I've done all the settings both Gmail and Outlook suggest

but nothing connects. Should this be tough?

not an answer, but I hated using gmail through outlook. it never worked well and didn't support Calendar. I just used the browser -- nm - oblique Jan 15, 09:46 1
