I don't follow arby's myself, as I seldom eat there; but someone I follow in a couple of places (jerome jarre' - he has 1.25M followers on twitter and is reportedly really big on vine) had his followers reporting arby's for some offense because of it. he later updated that a friend at twitter told him 12K people had done the reporting in a very short amount of time. (I see now that he's deleted a number of posts, including that one - hope he didn't get his insider in trouble.)

it's not actually a violation of any twitter rules, just bad taste and insensitivity.
