TTIS: ski chase with a snow plow jump

I'm trying to find the scene from a movie (possibly Bond movie) where there's a ski chase and they jump over a street, one of the followers misses the jump and the oncoming show plow shoots out red snow.

I guess it's from Bond movie but there are so many ski chase scenes in them ..
