last season, I made it partway in before I watched a game.
this season, I made it to this past sunday.
I still followed every 49ers and broncos game online, listened a little on the radio to the 49ers. I still am a fan of them in general; but those specifics, even though they both have been among the best at care, once you know, you can't unknow.
watching sunday made me feel queasy at times (and not because of all the dropped peyton passes).
I know there is work being done to protect better, and detect head injuries earlier; but how many people are going to get hurt, maybe for life, as part of entertainment.
