i feel like a worthless idiot today

for the second time in 3 days a client (the same client actually) has pointed out small errors in a report I am in charge of. i should have caught all of the second round of errors when fixing the first round, but I didnt.
I just feel utterly worthless when stuff like this happens. even though I know everything I did was supposedly reviewed by someone else, its still my fault, and for it to happen twice for things like this (and this is my first time on this job). I am mentally beating myself up right now, which probably isnt a good thing.

everyone's right. we've all been there, and focusing on what's already happened doesn't make anything better. use that focus on future work. -- nm

You're right, beating yourself up won't help, but this will stick with you, and you'll do better next time! -- nm

Yeah, I hate when I make mistakes. And with no review process (except me), I either catch them or they are made.

I know its tough because I have problems with it too, but don't beat yourself up. It does absolutely no one any good. -- nm
