Little impact unless it's such a wide event so as to make travel impossible.

the first blizzard in 2009 (Avatar) might have had an issue because it was Friday night to Sunday in the northeast where 1/6th of the nation lived.
But that timing was perfect and the movie still did 77mil that weekend.
