1) Green Arrow has an Arrowmobile. It's always been a ripoff of Batman.

2) Felicity has always been an Oracle ripoff since the show's inception.

To a larger point, if you're still watching Arrow after three and a half seasons, it's waaaaaaaay too late to complain about its quality now.
