Working on what you have said over the posts about it, I am beginning to think the memory center may be. She should not live like that (her house). All that expense just to live alone with zero non-paid contact? But I am sure when you get there you will see a course of action that makes the most sense. Good luck, and remember ST is always here to vent to/listen.
