and I'm surprised at Jeb!'s lack of ability to sound coherent. It's not an act. It's not that he just can't think of the words. It seems like he just doesn't know what to say.
Dubya had great handlers. They knew how to handle situations and put him in the right spots - like Reagan.
I honestly don't know if Jeb! could operate a toaster.
