This is 35+ years in the making for the GOP. The right-wing radio/tv agenda has come to roost. Granted, if Cruz was even a remotely likable human being, it might have a chance of winning, but the man is despised by his own colleagues.
And Trump, I'd give money to be his VP because there is a realistic chance imo that he gets impeached for something.
