Here's the thing - Scott Trade could definitely use some touch ups. And $100 mil price tag isn't too terrible bad.

When the Rams were proposing upgrades to the Jones Dome - their upgrades were to the tune of $900mil.

With all the time I'm spending in the Scott Trade lately - almost all of it behind the scenes - it could definitely use some work.
