i have really small veins, i tell them that when i donate, they ignore me, then they say "wow, you have small veins."

when i get blood drawn medically, they use the teeny butterfly needles they use on babies.

so, yeah, it really does hurt when they miss.
:(

but, i still donate when i can (my iron levels are low-ish, sometimes can't do it.)
