you cook the whole head uncut - and then serve it up like cake

it has seasoned bread crumbs covering it - parmesan cheese - and a can of excellent dark beer - whatever your favorite is ...

bakes in a 300 degree oven for 20-30 minutes

cool and cut cake like slices to serve as a side dish

this is from memory though - there might be a few more ingredients in there to get the bread crumbs to stick or what not :)
