except for the salt, that's one of my faves; but I've been using more of the teeny potatoes recently, or quartered small red or white. other fave is

just like the cauliflower on b2. mrs dash, evoo, shake in dollar-store plastic bag, roasty roast. (no garlic, if it's a pre-work-night, because I've been a victim of killer next-day garlic breath at work, ugh.)

that reminds me that I have two microwavable small bags of potatoes at home, too, that need to be used before long - one white, one pink. less expensive per pound at the wal-mart grocery store the other week than loose potatoes. that pretty much never happens at other stores here, so it's odd.
