I've seen wide angle shots made ok, so the issue is that they weren't corrected? -- nm

to me, it totally looked like, from one room to another, the image was bigger.

you can't really without changing the shape of the image, at least not for one this wide

Yeah, fisheye type lenses look bendy without corrections. Common realtor's technique is to go super wide to fit all the detail of the space.

gotcha, thanks. I've seen it a bit that way before, but never quite that much. when walls aren't parallel, it's esp. deceptive if you don't notice. -- nm
