"The situation seems to constantly shift and you then parrot the non-commercial advice or monologue they give you. Your clients are not proving reliable or parties we wish to deal with (in what was originally pitched as a friendly transaction). We feel they will be well suited to the Year of the Monkey soon upon us."

Then the dude signs off with "Best regards"
