That's just the thing: I have no idea who *they* are. I went to my dermatologist

and she sent something off for pathology (to an outside firm, as is normal). I've had the EOB from my insurance for four months, but no bill. I am concerned something went awry and they think I just haven't paid and will send me to collections.
