oh yah, that's so hard to think of - definitely not likely in either of our areas, unless homes are owned; and even then, upkeep, etc. even

subsidized housing only goes so far.
that one smaller story with the couple that actually receives quite a bit more and has choices re: where to live was especially odd. his 2799 a month alone could have them be ok in many places.
