It's this. There is a huge disconnect in this country between what people want and how they want it. They want only the good with none of the costs

or tradeoffs. I'd love for a candidate just to say "look, nothing is perfect. We can't have healthcare without the tradeoffs. It's a package deal." It's why there are real struggles facing Obamacare. The fact that republican states won't accept the medicare money is undermining the overall deal. And every little delay or piece cut out of the plan by the republicans has made it less stable for the long term. They are now playing a long game of Jenga with it. They keep pulling out little pieces of tax legislation or money to support underperforming healthcare plans and it is having a long term impact.
