It's rather amazing to me that one of the dozen greatest films ever (by AFI standards) had zero acting wins

including getting robbed in one category.
Hanks was deserving for Philadelphia, but at best TLJ was the 3rd best in his category behind the chilling evil that was Fiennes and DiCaprio in Gilbert Grape.
