It's not anymore. I don't think I go 60% for him being the nominee, but I think it's 40% (and I don't have any individual higher at the moment). A

large portion of the electorate is trying to send a message (and are apparently willing to set themselves on fire to make it). They are tired of the politics of the last 8+ years. I don't think it's so much that they love Trump, it's just that they want something different, so they're picking the most different thing they can find.
