What people write to their doctors is...something.

sometimes the message routing doesn't work for a variety of reasons so one thing in my new job I have to do is make sure the messages get to the right place and figure out why they didn't get sent.

I try not to read more than enough to fix the problem but sometimes I have to wade through some stuff. Some of it is nutso.
