I'm not even desiring someone to "get things done". I think the GOP is so blood crazed right now that something like that is impossible.

While I identify with Bernie's rage I don't think he's capable of that fight. I think, if anyone is, It's the Clintons. We won't fundamentally fix the system with her but we may stop the sinking.
It's interesting - I am reading Krusty's post above. "But get what done". He sees it the same way it seems, but in Krusty Fashion - much more optimistically (if I'm reading you right W).
I am too cynical to think good can come out of governance in this country for another decade or so. But if we can blunt some of the insanity in policy - I'm good with that.
