- Job: OK. You wouldn't hate it. May not love it, but don't love your current job and don't have a dream job. The job itself should be fine.
- Costs: Money may not be as tight. You could buy a modest place for TN that will still be bigger than what you have now for a lot less and save money.
- Location: Unsure. The DC/BWI region has always been home, unclear how you would adapt to this region, if you could/would learn to love it or if you would pine for 'home'. (Have you explored the area? Would you get the opportunity to do so, ideally as a family, before deciding?)
- Increased distance from family: a not minor negative
