That's a 1.2mil home here. We're looking at 1800-2000sq ft stuff for the same.

If I took it, I'd like to actually stay cheap, we only need 1800 sq ft...and take a short mortgage.
Resales there are not good from what I was seeing on Redfin and Zillow and all...so I'd like to really hammer principle so I could get out from under a house without much haircut if need be.
