honestly I would do it and still look. start saving (you'll have a ton of extra cash as I note above) and if you get some dream job

that doesn't give you a $15k signing bonus and relo you (which I think would be rare), pay it back from savings. or cash advance a card. whatever. don't let a few grand force you to stay somewhere you don't want to.
