Will's probably looking at a 40-minute drive from there, and he'd be taking Alcoa Highway, which is statistically one of the most dangerous roads in the country for fatal accidents. Kim's sitting here, and she says, "But I love Maryville. Truly love it." It's a cool city. If you don't mind the drive, it's a place to consider.

If you could find a place on the lake in Lenoir City, that's also a possibility. It might help you feel more like home.
