Yes, I've mentioned here on several occasions that there's a part of Knoxville we call Little Manhattan.

You'd be within two miles of that. Karns and Hardin Valley have their own stuff, too. So, development isn't an issue. This is a key issue for me since I hate to drive more than a few blocks. Hardin Valley is my favorite area, but it's too long a drive to Kim's work.
