we have budget review today and she asked my boss if I would be sent home to change because my outfit is "distracting" and "not color-coordinated."
are we adults?
I am wearing:
just-lighter-than-peacock suede skirt; usual length
black and white plaid tights (big plaid, not little plaid)
black shirt (medium hot pink cami you can see a slice of if my shirt has moved)
black scarf with big daisies on it
?

Neither of those issues are your problem. I realize it's a woman, but threaten her with a sexual harassment complaint.
